Narrative:
On 9-21-11 at approx. 1000 hrs. Deputies responded to the 40700 block of Rd. 124 regarding a suspicious vehicle occupied by a Hispanic male adult, who was reportedly annoying and/or molesting children at the bus stops. The suspect was identified as using verbal and physical motions toward the victims. Deputies located the suspect vehicle in the area of Rd. 124 and Ave. 416. The suspect was later positively identified along with his vehicle as being involved in the current case and several previously unreported similar incidents in the Orosi/ Cutler areas. Deputies have identified at least eight juvenile female victims ranging in ages from ten to twelve.

On above date and time the above suspect drove to the victim’s residence and became involved in a verbal argument with the victim. The suspect retrieved a gun from his vehicle and shot the victim one time. The victim was taken by ambulance to the hospital and he is expected to survive. The suspect was later located by family members of the victim in the Strathmore area and he was detained until law enforcement arrived and he was arrested.

Attempted homicide in Porterville area

On Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at approximately 1234 hours, the Tulare County Sheriff's Office received a call of a man who was possibly shot in the upper body. Deputites responded and the victim was transported to a local hospital.
Detectives from the Violent Crimes and Forensic Investigations Unit began investigating the case. Detectives learned the suspect approached the vctim at his residence and began to argue over marijuana that was being grown in the backyard of the residence. The suspect then shot the victim in the upper body and fled the scene. Detectives learned there were reccomends for the marijuana, although it was being cultivated out of compliance with the County Ordinance.
The suspect is outstanding. The victim is in stable condidtion, being treated at a local hospital. Detectives are still investigating the case and ask if anyone has information to please call the Sheriff's Office at 800-808-0488.

On 09-19-2011 at 1839 hours, Deputies were dispatched to the area located near the 8700 block of Old Stage Road in Porterville, California regarding a possible altercation. The (V) stated that the suspect, later identified as Domingo Pena arrived to the property and damaged all but two of the residences exterior windows and also broke the front and back window’s of his vehicle. During the ensuing investigation, Domingo was located and taken into custody. He was later booked at the Porterville Substation for felony vandalism and violation of parole. The (V) estimated the total loss at $2,300.00.
This Case is Currently Under Investigation by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office.

On the above listed date and time a deputy sheriff responded to the 23700 block of Ave 93 in Terra Bella regarding a report of vehicle burglary. In the course of their investigation they contacted the suspect Jesus Hernandez, and located the stolen property in this case. A sawed off shotgun was also located amongst his property. Hernandez was arrested without incident.

Assault with Deadly Weapon, Armed Robbery

Deputies responded to the 800 blk of Lavonia, Pixley on an assault report. When Deputies arrived they contacted the victims, who said while walking in the 800 blk of Lavonia, they were contacted by numerous subjects who assault them with glass bottles. During the assault one of the victims had her purse stolen. After the assault the unknown suspects fled the scene on foot. One of the victims was taken to Tulare ER for treatment for the injuries he received during the assault. Case under investigation by TCSO

During the week of 9-14-11 through 9-17-11, personnel from the North End - Gang Violence Suppression Unit concentrated their efforts in the communities of Cutler, Orosi, London, Ivanhoe and Farmersville. Saturation enforcement, in addition to parole and probation checks were also done at various locations during the week. Overall, there were six arrests for felony and misdemeanor crimes. The subjects were booked into the Tulare County Main jail and Bob Wiley Detention Facility without incident.
Emilia Gomez (46 years) possession and possession for sale of a controlled substance and maintaining a residence for the use/sale of a controlled substance and obstructing a peace officer. Gomez had approximately eight grams of purported methamphetamine packaged for sale into multiple bindles with an accompanying weigh scale and other associated paraphernalia. Her bail was set at $75,000.
Robert Jones (19 years) possession and possession for sale of a controlled substance. Jones possessed approximately three grams of purported methamphetamine packaged for sale into multiple bindles. His bail was set at $20,000.
Alejandro Bonilla (31 years) providing false information to a peace officer and a misdemeanor arrest warrant. Bail set at $5,000.
Elesvan Silva (23 years) providing false information to a peace officer and a misdemeanor arrest warrant. Bail set at $25,000.
Abimael Barrios (27 years) driving while under the influence of alcohol. Bail set at $10,000.
Adolfo Lopez (30 years) driving while under the influence of alcohol. Bail set at $10,000.

On 9-14-11 at approx. 1926 hrs. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on an unoccupied vehicle on Ave. 240 just east of Rd. 124, Tulare. While checking the vehicle Deputies were able to make contact with the car owner/suspect who was exiting a nearby field with a shotgun and a handgun in a holster on his waistband. During the contact the suspect was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and to be in possession of methamphetamine. The suspect was transported to and booked at the Main Jail for the above charges.

Narrative:
Suspect: Cabrera, Leonor
On 09-13-2011 the Inter Agency Narcotic Enforcement Team (I.N.E.T.) consisting of personnel from Farmersville Police Department, Visalia Police Department, Lindsay Police Department, Exeter Police Department, Tulare County Probation and the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department concluded a three week narcotic investigation by serving a search warrant in the 700 Block of Magnolia in the City of Farmersville.
Upon securing the residence detectives searched the residence and located a small amount of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, a hand scale and packaging material.
Detectives arrested Leonor Cabrera for possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sales, possession of drug paraphernalia and allowing a location for the use/sales of narcotics. Suspect Cabrera was transported and booked into the Bob Wiley Detention Facility, where her bail was set at $ 50,000.00.
This case is still under investigation.

On 9-12-11 at approx. 2337 hrs. Tulare County Sheriff’s Deputies made contact with the suspect at the above location for riding his bike at night without lights. During contact with the suspect he admitted to having a knife on his person and during a pat search for weapons Deputies located a glass smoking pipe with narcotic residue and a small amount of suspected methamphetamine. The suspect was also found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and was booked into the Main Jail on the above charges.
